Table Tennis

We were very fortunate to have Cavan Sports Partnership come into our school and introduce table tennis to us. It was a great experience for us all.

Maths Week

We completed many activities for Maths Week, including going on a Maths trail around our school and around the Diamond. We used our "Maths eyes" to see Maths all around us in our everyday surroundings. 

Halloween Fun!

3rd Class had great fun dressing up for Halloween, doing some Halloween Art, playing Oìche Shamhna bingo and doing some Halloween activities during our maths stations.

Trip to the library

We had a very enjoyable trip to our local library, where we were made feel very welcome. The girls enjoyed choosing a book each to bring back to our classroom for a couple of weeks.

Science

Each group got to design their bridge and to test its strength by placing various objects on them.  Some budding engineers in the making!
